I sat down in the bus looking trough the window “so this is going to be another one night stand when am i going to find that perfect girl for me” so i thought in my mind as i removed my phone from my pocket and called ifeanyi he was the only real friend i had that i could always run to.
me: how fa ifeanyi: aboi i dey u don win naw u forget ur man
me: no be like that i been enter calabar buh i dey show back now make i come ur side?
Ifeanyi: oya show nah. That was our conservation on phone. When i got home i was tired buh i managed to change my cloths and go to his house, he was happy to see me and we got gisting and we cooked together that was some thing we loved doing buh not after we had debated who would wash the plates and pot after eating. It was real fun to be with ifeanyi he was a nice guy buh rough and rugged and all the cult groups were after his signature buh he was keen to be a viking cause there dominate portharcourt. I had alot of respect and fear for him he had not yet blended buh he had a gun in his house, he normally talked of fast money how he wanted to go into ilegal bisness like arm robbery and kidnapping and he told me he would carry me along although i wasnt interested in all that……………………………………………………………….. Finally it was monday for the 1st time i was excited on a monday because i was going to go and show myself off as a new king. I took my bath and dressed up packed my books and left for school its monday i normally have chained classes buh that was the least of my worries.

As i got to the main gate of school every body started staring and looking at me everybody started claiming familiarity greeting and hailing me ……………………..that was the start of my life as the king of sociology and anthropology..
Hmmm! So nah so e sweet to be king i told myself as i walked, stoping to greet people at almost every inch of the way to my lecture hall………………………….. Lecturer walks in and notices me and he shouts. Lecturer: you stand up
Me: me sir lecturer: yes you. I stood up feeling fly little did i know i would recieve the insult of my life. Lecturer: what kind of hair style is that?

Would u leave my class me: sir am the new king of sociology lecturer: king of what? Would get get out of my class and dont ever come back till you have cut your hair.
The class tried pleading for me buh i had no choice as i walked out of his class in shame and vowed to see him next during his exam..
This man don fall my hand finish i thought in my mind, and i advised myself to be humble as i walked to find a nice place to seat and entertain friends who would come rushing to claim familiarity fortunatly i saw ifeanyi and he came to were i sat, oh boy why u no der class he asked and i replied that mumu lecturer pursue me commot for class no go or him go embarass you and he quickly sat down with me and we started gisting my presence attracted other people to come around mostly girls from other departments…………………………………………………. I attended my remaining classes that day, i’m now a role model a member of the excutives of the department and i had to live up to expectations, i promise not to miss classes and to do my assignments just like every normal student………………………………………………………… It was evening around 7: pm and i had gone to the hostel to see chidinma cause it had been quit a number of days i had not seen her and she was my offial girlfriend that time. As i stood at the gate of the hostel waiting for her to come out i met this guy he was well dressed and hand some we quickly got talking and i found out he was a portharcourt brought up and he stays on same street with me at school, he was a pol.sc. Year one boy and his name was tony buh they called him t-pain, we exchange numbers and offially became friends that day ……
