Things turned ugly for potential beauty queens competing in the Miss Okigwe Nigeria beauty pageant after people attacked them for posing awkwardly in a village stream.
The unfriendly comments forced one of the contestants to block her Facebook page because of the barrage of insults coming her way.
The girls were called different types of unprintable names and castigated for venturing into such a competition.
