I’m ready to serve Nigeria, says Abiodun Baruwa

Former Nigeria goalkeeper, Abiodun Baruwa (M.O.N) has expressed his eagerness to handle any of the country’s national sides and local league outfits.

The former Barry Town star who has a Level Two certificate in coaching as well as a Level One certificate goalkeeping coaching from the English FA disclosed that he had always dreamt of becoming a coach and now that he has achieved that, returning home to contribute to the growth of the beautiful game will not be a bad idea.

“It’s amazing because I have always wanted to become a coach and now I’m ready, Baruwa toldGoal.
“It has always been in me and I remember in my playing days, I enjoy it training myself and other goalkeepers.

“People around me saw my technical abilities and all these motivated me towards becoming a coach as well as getting all the coaching certificates.

“I’m ready to serve my country, if there are any offers from national teams and club sides, they should feel free to contact me and I will definitely show up. I am a qualified coach and a goalkeeper trainer too and I’m ready to give my best for the country.”

The tactician who also doubles a football agent said experience gathered in the United Kingdom would help him a great deal in the coaching world.

“As a coach trained in England, that will have a lot of influence on my approach to coaching and trust me, I would strive very hard to achieve success in all I do. I will enjoin other to support me towards achieving positive goals.

“For now, I’m having a little project with Team 360 of Lagos as a qualified players agent though my outfit BRW Sports management limited to help them get good clubs in Europe for their finest legs which we hope to be achieved this summer, he concluded.
