Bestselling author and international evangelist and business coach, Dr. Myles Munroe of Bahamas Faith Ministries International and his wife Mrs. Ruth Ann Munroe, died in a place crash few hours ago in the Bahamas. According to the Associated Press, the executive private jet struck a crane at the Grand Bahama Ship Yard. On impact, it exploded and crashed into the ground near a junkyeard area.

The private jet reportedly had nine people on board, and sadly, there are no survivors. The Department of Civil Aviation reported that the plane was a Lear 36 executive jet which departed the Lynden Pindling International Airport (LPIA) for the Grand Bahama International Airport.

“The plane left LPIA at 4.07pm with nine people on board and crashed while making an approach for landing at Grand Bahama International Airport at 5.10pm,” the Department of Civil Aviation said.

Initially, a police source said two were feared dead. But a later report denounced the statement, confirming the death of all passengers on board.

Dr. Myles Munroe and his team were allegedly heading to a conference by the international evangelist, until they met their end. Identities of other people on board are yet to be
confirmed.

The statement said while the
department was advised of fatalities, it was awaiting confirmation from police on if there were any survivors.
