The minister has even been accused of being a cultist because of how he dresses but his spokesperson and special adviser has explained why he wears khaki uniform to public functions.



Nneka Ikem Anibeze was reported by today.ng saying the minister who is“a staunch activist who cares for the welfare of the masses.
