'It's amazing how the pain never goes away' - Elvina Ibru shares major throwback of herself & late mum

Elvina, who recently lost her father - Businessman and Patriarch of the Ibru family, Olorogun Michael Ibru, shared this throwback photo via Instagram and wrote:

I lost her 27 yrs ago and it still feels like yesterday...it's amazing how the pain never goes away. I have to admit that this year has been tough. If wishes were horses, I would have wished that she had been here to hold me through my darkest hours. I still miss her. She would have been 90yrs old today. Well at least now, 'Broda' (my dad) is by her side. Happy birthday 'Auntie' (my mum). May you and Broda continue to rest in perfect peace. Amen...P.S. This pic was taken on the last birthday that I spent with her. I was 17 years old. Less than a year later, she was gone.,,,
