Kim Worried About Having A 3rd Child Because She Fears Her Shape Won't Be The Same Again

She's been determined to shed the baby weight since the birth of her son Saint in December. But Kim Kardashian confessed in Sunday night's episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians that her husband, rapper Kanye West, 39, wants a third child.

The 35-year-old reality star discussed her apprehensions with Scott Disick that she's worried she will 'never be the same down there' if she has another baby.

'Like, it's like throwing a hot dog down a hallway?' the mother-of-two questioned her sister's estranged partner.
Kim revealed that her husband of two years has brought up the topic of having another child 'every day for like the last week.'
'I was like, "I don't think I can carry another one,"' she told Scott. 'I just think, ugh, I'll never be the same down there. Kanye says it like feels the same.'

Scott, 33 - who has three kids with Kim's sister Kourtney - did not sugarcoat his opinion and said: '100 percent things change.'

When Kim tried to clarify the self-proclaimed Lord Disick's response with her grilled sausage analogy, Scott explained.

'I feel like me and Kanye don't care about that. It's the fact that like, something that big has come in and out of there,' he eloquently stated.
'Things are just different internally. There's just like bumps and curves, you know what I'm saying? It's just not the same.'

Kim quipped: 'It's like the same house but the furniture is rearranged!'
'Correct! Exactly!' he exclaimed. 'The front door is still the same, but inside the couches have been spread apart and mixed and matched like a hurricane hit.'

Kim and Kanye married in May 2014 and are the proud parents to their daughter North West, aged three, and eight-month-old Saint.
