Federation Cup semi finals get new date

The country's football rulling body has set new dates for this year's Federation Cup while the venues remain

The Nigeria Football Federation has confirmed September 28 and October 9, 2016 for this year’s men Federation Cup semi-finals against the dates announced earlier.

Nigeria National League side, Crown FC will battle Nigeria Professional Football league side, FC IfeanyiUbah at the Ahmadu Bello Stadium, Kaduna on September 28.

While Lekan Salami stadium, Ibadan will host the last four tie between Nasarawa United and Enyimba on October 9.

However, the women’s semi-finals retain theoriginal date of Wednesday, 21st September.

Rivers Angels go up against Nasarawa Amazons at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium, Enugu while the Dan Anyiam Stadium, Owerri will host the clash between Delta Queens and Bayelsa Queens.
